Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received your request. This confirmation does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary.
All prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment Terms
MingleStitch accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. We do not accept online card payments or digital transfers at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. This helps in building trust with customers, and creating a transparent environment as well.
Refunds, when approved in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, are issued strictly via Bank Transfer. Customers will be asked to provide bank details by email solely for refund processing.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship all confirmed orders within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days, depending on location within Hong Kong. Thus, a maximum of 4 business days is needed to get your order delivered to your given address. Be notified that we have an order cutoff time of 2:00 PM (HKT). All orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day.
We offer free delivery on all products. There are no shipping charges for any order. All deliveries are limited to addresses within the territories of Hong Kong. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered damaged; or
- The wrong item was delivered.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returned items are inspected within 24 hours of receipt. If approved, customers will be contacted via email to provide bank details. Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after receiving the required bank information, and may takestr 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
Personal Data and Privacy
